Stockton's Top Gifts

As for Stockton, his TOP favs were a new cell phone, several gadget things for his Playstation3, the piano sheet music (which I'm soo proud of both kids for only having the piano for 2 weeks, and I have taught them several pieces already - including a lil' Christmas music. Way to go kiddos! ) Stockton got a Huge ol' Nerf Whistler Dart Gun that I'm pretty sure, should be illegal - that thing shoots so far, fast and fearce! I'm pretty sure at some point ... He'll probably shoot his eye out! ;) he he!
Merry Merry Christmas !

Christmas Lights at the Temple!

We started a new tradition and went to see the Mesa Temple Lights the nite of Christmas Day. There were soooo few people , it was awesome! We had a great day , spent the best way possible... With Family. Brians Aunt Sue, Uncle Arlen, cousin Ashlee and her husband Ben, and their sweet little 13mo old baby , Isaac. Ashlee and Ben live here in Phoenix , and Sue and Arlen were down from Salt Lake visiting them... So we were lucky and they came to Gilbert and spent Christmas Afternoon with us... Had dinner and played Wii, and Mad Gab with us, and then we went and walked around the temple lights. It was a very Merry Christmas, and was even better becuz they spent part of their Christmas with us. We luv you guys! <3

Double the fun!

We went to our bestest friends house of all time, today , for Tater's BFF Aubry celebrated her 12th birthday! Brad and Alicia put on the cutest Fear Factor Birthday , for her. It was seriously questionable as far as sanitary or not ... ;) but all the girls had an absolute ball! There were 12 challenges , super creative and all partially edible (except the V8 nasty juice)...( Oh and the refried beans posing as the poops of their 2 most darlingest little girls ever, nicely tucked away inside diapers (totally sick and wrong.... Had to have been Brads idea).... He's the only demented mind at that house! The challenges were great. All of them involved eating/drinking or some sort of nasty relative to seriously nasty junk. It was hilarious watching the girls, and their "freaked out" little girlyness' take part in it all. Was mostly hilarious cuz I sure as heck didn't participate in them , just kept score and helped where needed. It will b a birthday that Aubry will never forget ... ( and Tater either ). Happy 12th bday Aubs! We love ya tons. Thanks for being such a great BFF to Tatum! You two are joined for life now, I truly believe. So..... As cute and as much as I love lil' Aubry... Her photo didn't make my blog, frankly cuz I was recovering from massive nauseousness and didn't take any pics of her. BUT.... Her super cute most darling little twin sisters did!! What kind of Auntie would I be, to not put their holy cuteness on here? Would never happen! Aleah, me and Brooklyn ... And then a cute pic of them each! Awe awe awe!!!

She finally did it and took 1st Place for her first time! She has 13 , 2nd and 3rd place trophies and sweet girl had so much bad luck getting there, bit she did it and we are all so super proud of her!! Awesome race tonite , Baby! :)

State Championship!

We had a busy busy weekend , this past weekend... But it was awesome! The State BMX race was Saturday/Sunday and there was a whole ton of people, riders and motos! It was great ... A few traumatic circumstances , at fault of the track operators.. And crushed our kids feelings several times , but overall they did amazing ! Tatum took 3rd place Saturday afternoon at the Pre-Race. And in Stocktons rank, he placed 5th in the Main. He is doing great since he moved up from novice to intermediate ... And being not only the smallest but the newest too! Saturday was the day full of heart breaks! Ended up taking 4th (tatum) and 5th (stock) in each of their age groups and rank! But that is at the State Championship and titles... So needless to say , we are proud little family!! We spent about 6 hrs Saturday and 5 1/2 hrs at the track on Sunday. So we are tired and little sun burned but extremely proud! Way to go kiddos! We are very proud of your hard work and dedication into such a tough sport ! Dad and I love u both! XXOO

The Tatum Times!

It's only the 2nd day of school and Tater has done a big project, The Tatum Times! It's awesome. It describes her favorite things, her hero, an exciting thing that happened this summer, etc! Great Job, Baby Girl! Super cute!

The Nationals Caravan!

There were 3 car loads of us that traveled down to the race and the kids got to write on all the windows , "announcing" their presence in the vehicles! It was fun and the kids loved it, which made it that much better. I forgot to take pics of the other 2 vehicles, so I just had mine to post! Stocky is Slingshot and Tater is our T-Bomb! Perfect race names for our munchkins . Next races out of state , Chula Vista in CA and then Boulder City, NV in October! Our family motto : Have Bike (and trophy) , will travel ! :) Ha!

1st day of school!

Today was the 1st, last day of Elementary School for our sweet little Miss Tatum! She is the big kid on campus, and it's soooo hard to believe! Stockton is right behind her, in 5th grade.... Which is very very sad as he is the baby! Oh how I wish they were still munchkins. :( I will have to start preparing Brian now, for Tatum's legal "dating" age! He still has about 4 years, but I'm telling u, he's gonna flip out!
Both kids were really excited to be back in school... Needless to say, I was quite thrilled too ! Wahoo! I thoroughly enjoyed my 1st day of school, hope they did too! :)

Moto Sheets from Nationals!

Here are the moto sheets that are posted an hour before races start. Taters moto sheet is kinda blurry, cuz it looked like they had to tape it together so the tape kind of messed up the pic, but u can see what the sheets look like. They have the Childs name, age , rank, moto number, and gate numbers for all qualifying and main races.

Tater takes 5th !

What a day! We started practice at the track at 8am this morning and then races started right after. They ended at about 4p! At our local track in Chandler every fri nite, there are usually about 25-30 motos and races start to finish are about 1 1/2 - 2 hrs. Today , there were 206 moto's..... Hence, our very long day! It was a blast though. Both kids were on fire, and were so fun to watch. Stockton had about 3x as many boys in his bracket than tater did.. And was in 4th place but crashes at finish line. He was almost more sore than sad, but raced such an awesome race! Way to go, bud! Tatum raced an awesome race too and placed 5th in the main! So she got her 1st BIG trophy with her name on it! Congrats baby girl ! Nothing makes parents prouder than to see their kids do so well, and enjoying what they are doing. I must say, tonite we are even prouder! This was a humongous race... People from all over our 50 states, so this was in accomplishment to even have been in the race to start with ! Hard work always pays off, and our kids have been training soo hard, and will continue to train hard as they have 2 more big races coming up , before November ... This time, out of State! Keep up the great work kiddos! We love you!

ABA BMX Nationals!

Super exciting for our family today! In about 2 hrs, both Tatum and Stockton are racing in the National Race, here in Tucson. They are super nervous but excited too. This is a HUGE deal, and they have trained and trained for this opportunity . The most fabulous thing about it......? It's indoors ! Wahooooooo! So 70 degrees in here and 113 outside . :). Good luck T-Bomb and Slingshot! We are soo proud of you and how far u've come . We love u!

Good Ol' unusual AZ weather!

Hard to believe that it's August 1st and was only 87degrees out this afternoon. It's been stormy and super muggy out the last few days but we have taken advantage of the coolness and spent more time outside than norm. :) Quality brotherly/sisterly bonding.

From the OLDEST to the YOUNGEST!

Here are all 17 grandkids...in order by AGE...(obviously not height). :) Both our munchkins, poor things, are stunted for life we think. Good thing, they are good lookin'! Whew!
Here we go: Miranda (18), Marlee (16), Ryland (13), Daniel (11), Tatum (11), Brigg and Gunner (11), Stockton (10), Cooper (9), Erin (9), Ashlyn (9), Dane (7), Olivia (7), Bryson (5), Emery (3), Colter (2), and Kate (I believe 2- in a week and a 1/2....but not positive!) From about Olivia down, I know I'm close listing their ages, but hard to keep up with all those babies Sid keeps providing, from Las Vegas! :) So, sorry if I was a tad off on ages...but I know I'm close! :) Cute Cute Cuzzins!

Just a few tiny snapshots.....

I have never EVER known California could be so gosh darn cold! Holy cow! The day after we got home, from the week in Marina del Rey and Venice, there was an article stating that it had BROKEN an ALL-TIME RECORD for the Lowest temp EVER, in L.A. and beach cities. I will post some cute videos soon. All the kids and even Brad and Brian even got in that frigid water with the kids...jumping the waves, boogie boarding... wow! Can you say nuts? I video'd, and was wishin' my toes were dug into the nice warm sand, while I captured every shivering kodak moment! Sweatshirts in July? Amazing. It was a very refreshing change from our 110-114 degree days here in Gilbert, so all in all was fabulous! Most other pics are on my video, so I will post the other family pics soon.

Cutest BABES on Venice Beach!

-- Post From My iPhone

Coppertone Cuties!

I just love beach pictures! There's never a bad pic in the bunch! I will post some boogie boarding videos when we get home too! Even crazy Brian, ran full force into the ocean! Waaay too cold for me! I dug my toes in the warm sand and was CameraWoman! And completely fine with it too! :)

Santa Monica and Venice Beach!

It was freezing cold so our cute matching family beach picture kinda flopped but we took one anyway! I have the BIG family pic on my camera , not my phone so will have to blog it once we get home. Was a weird beach trip, being soooo cold but was a refreshing break from our 113 degree good ol' AZ weather!

Grandpa buries his Grandkids!

Bet Grandpa never thought he'd bury 1/2 of his 17 grandkids in one day! :) Even Colter begged "Crampa" for his turn! Ahh sand in every crook and cranny! Gotta love it!
